适用范围
本标准规定了新造铁道客车组装后的检验分类，每类检验所包含的检验项目，检验方法与检验结果的判定等。本标准适用于标准轨距干线铁道机车牵引的新造一般用途全金属座车、卧车、行李车、餐车和合造车等；发电车、公务车、维修车、试验车等特种用途车及非标准轨距的全钢客车可参照执行。本标准不适用于内燃动车组和电动车组。
